Balvernie Grove

In collaboration with SDS architects, we increased the footprint from 640 sq ft. to 1100 sq ft. with a loft conversion. The floor layout was completely reconfigured. The first floor was redesigned to construct an open plan kitchen and living room. The master bedroom has an ensuite and walk in wardrobe.
