Hillview

A small development site in West Wimbledon next door to an end of terrace, allowed us to redevelop the site and be granted planning permission for 2 X 2 bedroom flats both just under 800 sq ft. Both flats internal layouts are very different but particular focus was given on the importance of the exterior materials to blend 60's architecture with the 21st century.
